Tim Rhys

Tim Rhys is a professional script-writer and playwright, who has written plays and serials for BBC radio and theatre. His short film, Half Life, won the Best UK Short award at the Manchester International Film Festival in 2004. He teaches Creative Writing at Cardiff University and has also acted professionally. He is currently writing his first novel, a fast-paced plot-driven children's story that mixes dangerous action and conspiracy with wild comedy, titled Dark Energy (readers 11+), which will be submitted to publishers in October 2008.
