Fraser Doherty, otherwise known as 'The SuperJam Boy', shares his recipes for the SuperJam range of pure fruit jams, along with his favourite recipes for marmalades, curds, jellies and more. The book also provides instruction on how to make jam in microwaves, pressure cookers and bread makers, and will give extensive coverage to Fraser's favourite recipes that use jam (especially jammy puddings!) to help you use up all of the wonderful homemade jam you're going to end up making.
SuperJam is a range of 100% fruit spreads, made entirely from fruit and fruit juice and without any refined sugar or additives. The range is the creation of Scottish teenager Fraser Doherty, who has received a huge amount of media attention as a result of the runaway success of SuperJam. After the press attention that greeted Waitrose initial order of 120,000 jars of SuperJam, the product is now sold in many of the UK's major retailers, and is currently expanding into the European market. Having sold over a million jars of SuperJam so far, Fraser has decided to share the jam-making secrets he learnt as a boy in his Gran's kitchen with the world, in the form of this recipe book.
