The three literary agents at Mulcahy Conway Associates sell World English Language rights for their authors directly (i.e. United Kingdom, North America, Australasia, Ireland and all other English language editions). We travel regularly to New York to maintain our close working relationships with US publishers. We have established a co-agenting agreement with Red Ink, India’s first specialist literary agency. Based in New Delhi, this relationship gives our authors direct access to the growing Indian publishing market. Mulcahy Conway Associates represents titles by Red Ink’s Indian authors to the UK market.
In all translation territories we work closely with our associates at Intercontinental Literary Agency (ILA). Founded in 1965, ILA is the longest established specialist foreign rights agency in the UK, selling translation rights in general adult and children’s fiction and non-fiction. Our relationship with ILA has major advantages for our authors. Every title that we sell to an English language publisher has an additional team of specialist agents to sell rights to the work in all territories and languages throughout the world.
